Orders & Cancellation Policy
By placing an order with Be A Servant Clothing LLC, DBA Giselle Stella ("Seller"), a binding agreement is made for the purchase of goods. The item's description, price, and applicable tax are agreed upon by both the Purchaser and Seller at the time of the order placement. The final invoice, which includes the cost of transport, packaging, freight, and/or insurance, will be provided by the Seller upon shipment and is the responsibility of the Purchaser to bear.
It's important to note that an order placement is binding and considered final, and therefore may not be changed or cancelled. Furthermore, the Seller reserves the right to cancel any order resulting from unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offers or payment. Additionally, in the event of system errors or unforeseen problems, the Seller reserves the right to modify or cancel a promotion.
